Our project delivery goes through series of steps to ensure that we deliver a quality and value driven outcome for you. Here is the breakdown of our methodology that we use for each engagement.
1. Kick-off Meeting
Once you contact us, we will schedule a call with you to understand your requirements and information related to your project.
2. Statement of Work
After gathering all the necessary information, we will put together a Statement of Work for you to review.
3. Kick-off Work
Once you have signed the SoW, we will kickoff the work on an agreed start date. After completion, we will put together a report documenting our findings and recommendations.
4. Report Presentation
We won’t just email you the final report and leave for you to figure it out, instead we will book some time with you and walk you through the report.
